Boot Camp Weight-Loss Goals Are Specific and Personally Set To Match Your Ultimate Goal
You may only have five to ten pounds to go to reach your ultimate. Boot Camp is just as much for you as it is for the person who needs to lose 100 pounds or more.

I can't buy clothes because they fit me too big and not small like before. In 1999, I was wearing a size 16W-18W and my weight then was 179 lbs...my highest.

I lost 9.2 pounds over the course of camp and David's accountability was a great incentive to BEHAVE myself even more for five weeks.

Next You Apply
Once you have made the choice to not keep things the way they are your next step is
to complete the online application. This application is to sort the serious from the
non-serious and for me to properly evaluate if you will be a good candidate for my
Boot Camp. I would not want you to entrust me with your confidence without you having
the best opportunity for success. The application helps me see if we are a good match.
There are absolutely no restrictions regarding how many pounds you have to lose or
your experience with Leanness Lifestyle or past Intensives completed. I have coached men and women well over 400 pounds and those who only have four pounds to go till goal. I still ask that everyone apply though because it's very important that I get a feel for how
strongly you want to be a part of each elite group and why you are applying. It's
also important for me to make sure that every participant has the right stuff to gel
well with the group. Before I can accept you I have to believe you are coachable, that
you are willing to listen and likely to take action.
We Will Talk On The Phone For A Final Pre-Screen
If Your Application Looks Good
Everyone being considered by me for Boot Camp 11 will meet with me on the telephone for a final pre-screen discussion to make sure we're a fit for each other.
It is important you give me valid, multiple phone numbers on your application so I can contact you. During the pre-screen call I will ask you a few more questions to really help ensure we are a good fit.
A Two-Week "Get Acquainted" Period
The reason the final application deadline is September 24th, 2008 is because the first two weeks of Boot Camp are making sure you have taken free, personal classes with Coach Tom Roehl by telephone on how to use all of the amazing Club Lifestyle tools. During the first two weeks of Boot Camp your assignment is to take the free classes with Coach Tom and to show proficient use of a number of the Club Lifestyle success tools. Tools like:
Nutrition Analyzer (detailed record of every food you eat)
Lean Account(incredible check-book style record of caloric balancing)
Knowing what your "To Do" list is and how to use it
Two weeks gives you time to make sure you are comfortable and up to speed. As a participant you must demonstrate competentcy with the Club Lifestyle tools by achieving an 80% grade or higher before the actual start of the Boot Camp. Once Boot Camp starts you will be required to maintain a 90% or higher score. People of every computer skill level have used my tools with success.
I Teach You LIVE (Not a Recording)
With a 35-Minute Tele-Class Each Wednesday
On Wednesday February 13th we will have our first LIVE class teleconference at 7:25pm central
time (5:25pm Pacific, 8:25pm Eastern). The class will last a total of approximately 60 minutes.
After this first class we will meet once a week, every week, on Wednesday at the same
time. Each class after the first will last about 35 minutes. I start my classes on time and respect your time by finishing very close to 35 minutes later. Participants will be contacted with the call-in number and passcode well before the teleconference.
Find a babysitter. Check with your boss and rearrange your work schedule. Do what you have to do and leave the excuses at the door! Anyone who really desires to change and succeed can make these classes. You would not believe what other Boot Campers before you have done to fit these classes into their schedule. Then again, they REALLY wanted to succeed. If you are reading this I believe you do too.

I Will Monitor Your Club Activity Each Week
and Some Weekends
During your Boot Camp I don't take a day off. That's right. I work seven days a week to monitor your group, give feedback and to answer any questions you have along the way.
Every week I will monitor one or more aspects of your progress and activity. I'll
do so through your logs, weighins, activity and nutrition data to ensure you are doing
well and not falling behind. I will personally ensure your cardio and resistance
training programs are appropriate for your skill level, goals and equipment availability.
If I see room for improvement I will usually let you know by private messaging on the
Club's website. I or another coach may call you if I feel this will be a better communication method.
If I see you are falling behind you can expect a private message from me first. I will expect a response from you. It is important
you not drift away if you feel you are slipping and it is my goal to make sure you stay
with the group and succeed.
Direct, Personal Access to Me is Available Online
Every student will have direct access to me on the Club Lifestyle website that is
private and personal. This means you will be able to ask me any question about any
subject without fear that someone else will read it or that I will ever divulge your
information to anyone else. I treat all conversations on Private Messaging like a
doctor-patient, attorney-client would. The only dumb or bad question is the one not asked.
I Give Class and Individual Assignments
Students should expect weekly quizzes and assignments from me. Assignments will be graded. Most will be able to be completed online but may include activities that can only be performed offline.
The purpose of the quizzes and assignments is
to ensure that each student is adequately acquiring the lifestyle management knowledge
for creating the body they desire. All students are required to complete all quizzes and assignments
given.
I personally grade and review the assignments to ensure students are "making the grade."
Your Boot Camp Group Will Be Given a Private Discussion Forum for Getting to Know
Each Other and Any Non-Private Discussions
Club Lifestyle has a discussion forum open to all members. You will still have access
to this forum and, as a member of Boot Camp you will also have access to a group
discussion forum viewable only by members of your group.
Mandatory Leverage and Penalties
First-time Boot Camp students will leverage $250. All this means is I will hold $250 of your money in an account used strictly for this purpose. When you successfully complete the Boot Camp the money is returned to you within two weeks after graduation. If you choose not to be successful (It IS a choice because the only way you can fail is if you choose not to listen to what I tell you to do) the money is sent to a charity you don't support or like. This leverage money is in addition to any Boot Camp tuition fees.
All other Boot Camp students must leverage $250 for each time they have participated in Boot Camp. For example -- if you were a member of two previous Boot Camps and are now going to do Boot Camp 11 then you must leverage $750.
Leverage money will be returned to you within two weeks after graduation as long as you:
Attend all tele-classes unless notification is given with a reason for not attending any class
Perform all quizzes and assignments given
Achieve a 90% grade within the first week of class and maintain it throughout the Boot Camp
Stay on course and finish the Boot Camp on schedule to achieve your goal.
Boot Camp students losing their leverage money is very rare. Typically in a class of 15-20 students I MIGHT have to send one person's leverage money to the charity they have chosen they do NOT like. If I ever DO have to send leverage money to the charity it is only after proper communication with my Boot Camp student about the reasons why. I am a tough coach but very fair. I want you to succeed! Your success is my success!. And I never profit from your failure. I do not take any leverage money if you choose to fail. The charity gets your money--not me. I take NO pleasure when I mail a check. I would much rather you honor your commitment to the Boot Camp and to yourself.
There are fines for not completing assignments. These fines are spelled out on our first tele-class. Keep in mind that if the fines were abusive I wouldn't consistently graduate well over 90 percent of my Boot Camp students each and every class.
In the end you have to trust me enough as your coach to help you succeed and to be fair. The final decision of whether you are performing at a reasonable level for Boot Camp is up to me and me alone.
Do not let this confuse you. It is really quite simple. I need you to commit and I know
we can both agree that if you follow my proven techniques I am going to personally ensure
you know very well you will lose the weight we agree is appropriate. The only question
you need to ask yourself is do you have a burning desire to stop doing what isn't working and start doing it my way, the right way, the proven way for fast, safe, effective weight loss? If so,
you are truly risking nothing.
Positions Are Limited

Positions are limited for any Bootcamp because, quite frankly,

To be honest I can't put a price on what it's worth to you. It's different

I will say this however. Ten sessions with a really good Personal Trainer will probably last you about five weeks if you meet with him or her twice a week. This will easily run you $800 or more.
