My name is David Greenwalt. I'm a husband of 21 years, a father to three amazing kids (ages 18,17 and 14), a former Illinois State Trooper, and today a Professional Body-Transformation Expert and Wellness Coach. I'm also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 1999 I wrote my body-transformation text book "The Leanness Lifestyle." The most-current edition is now the fourth. In a true Kaizen mindset I have incrementally improved and refined my program daily since 1999. It has truly been an evolutionary process.

You can begin LLE right now or any time of the day...any day of the week
You do not need to be a brain surgeon to successfully complete my LLE program. You do need to have a Coachable spirit, an open mind, a willingness to overhaul your thinking with respect to what a healthy lifestyle really means and most of all you need to bring an intense desire to change what you’ve become into what you can be. It’s not where you start that matters—it’s where you finish.
LLE is for adults 18 and older. My average client is in his or her late thirties to mid-forties, however, I am seeing more and more clients in their fifties and sixties.

LLE will connect you with a real Coach (a real person) who has already demonstrated Leanness Lifestyle excellence with his or her own transformation using my program. Your Coach will have also graduated from one of my Boot Camp Intensives. Your Coach will also be a graduate of my Elite Weight Mastery program or they’ll be a current Elite client. Your Coach will introduce him- or herself to you from inside the Club Lifestyle website within one business day after you sign up. Your Coach will be with you, watching over you, in communication with you, answering your questions and mentoring you for the entire seven weeks.


LLE will provide you with the textbook (Leanness Lifestyle V.4) by PDF download and over seven hours of audio to support the textbook (Audio Companion) by MP3 download.
LLE will ask you to take one major test online each week. Your test score will be available instantaneously after you complete the test.

As a LLE student you should expect reasonable reading and listening assignments. I respect your time. I won't waste it. You will need to allocate approximately two hours per week for yourself so you can properly manage the LLE program. If you feel “you don’t have time” then LLE is even more necessary for you so you can learn to prioritize the MOST IMPORTANT from just the IMPORTANT. You DO have time. The convenience of LLE makes this online educational experience very flexible to fit any schedule.
With LLE you do not need to leave your home to participate—no travel whatsoever is required.
As a LLE student you must authenticate your starting weight and your graduation weight. To accomplish this you will set an appointment with a health- or fitness-professional local to you, not related to you, not living with you and not, in any way, subordinate to you. You will weigh in front of this person near the beginning of week three and near the end of week seven.

As a LLE student you'll have full access to Club Lifestyle and every guided step-by-step tool offered. Use of some of the tools is required. We've never had one person, man or woman, NOT be able to use the tools effectively to propel them to success!

LLE is not a Boot Camp Intensive but there are striking similarities.
A Boot Camp Intensive is structured similarly to LLE at the educational level.
A Boot Camp Intensive and LLE are both seven weeks short. As a LLE student you will learn the most-current up-to-date course material that any Boot Camp Intensive student would learn. In fact, the LLE classes are many times recordings of actual Boot Camp classes I teach.
A Boot Camp Intensive leads a group of approximately 15 women and men through the seven-week journey together. LLE is not about going through the seven-week period with a group.
For a Boot Camp Intensive three coaches are involved from start to finish—two assistant coaches and myself. With LLE you are assigned one Coach.

Your Coach Will Monitor Your Club Activity and LLE Progress Multiple Days Per Week

The Coach assigned to you will monitor your LLE progress through your logs, weigh-ins, activity and nutrition data to ensure you are doing well and not falling behind.

You can expect contact from your Coach when you are doing well and also if you are slipping behind. It is important you stay connected if you feel you are slipping. Communication is expected of you. You will be expected to reach out for help and not expect your Coach or anyone else to be a mind reader.

Both Boot Camp Intensive and LLE students listen to classes at their computer.
BCI students take tests every week like LLE students, however, I personally grade every BCI student test because there are many open-ended questions on their tests. LLE tests are all true/false and multiple choice to facilitate instant grading and easier management overall.
LLE students are not guaranteed to speak live with their Coach by telephone. Boot Camp students commonly speak with one or more coaches during their seven weeks. In addition BCI students are given a live, weekly teleconference led by me for enhanced discussion of the weekly teaching lessons as well as an open question and answer session during the conference.
A Boot Camp Intensive is $797 unless specific discounts apply. BCI does not include the textbook or audio companion. A Leanness Lifestyle Evolution program is just three payments of $79.95 each! so it’s less than half the price of a BCI. In addition, at least for LLE 1.0 (1st edition), LLE will include the textbook and audio companion (a $74.95 value)!
